Heist rewards: why repeat runs can pay differently
Rockstar’s 1.73 update makes the host’s weekly completion state relevant to several finale rewards.

Check the host’s completion state
Update 1.73 adds a weekly completion bonus to specified finales, including original heists, Casino, Doomsday, Cluckin’ Bell and the Dr. Dre finale. Rewards depend on whether the host already completed that finale in the current weekly period. Official Economy Updates.
Cayo Perico also changed
Rockstar also changed Cayo Perico target appearance and value rules. A past payout chart should not be assumed to describe a current run.
