Hosting an original apartment heist
Reach Rank 12 and own a high-end apartment. Rockstar says Lester will call once these prerequisites are met to arrange your first heist. Follow that introduction to begin the setup.
Joining another host
An invited player can join without meeting those hosting requirements. You can also use the phone's Quick Job → Play Heist option to find a heist.
