Start at the CEO office computer
Rockstar's Import/Export notes describe buying a Vehicle Warehouse through the SecuroServ → Vehicle Cargo section on the CEO office computer.
What the warehouse unlocks
The warehouse supports missions to steal and export vehicles. Sourced vehicles are delivered to the warehouse; export work is started from Ad-Hawk Autos on its laptop.
Keep this path distinct from a Special Cargo warehouse. Use the Vehicle Cargo option when researching this activity.
