Find guns missing from your weapon wheel
Check whether a Custom Weapon Loadout is hiding your owned guns. Disable it in the Interaction Menu under Health and Ammo, or change the loadout at a Gun Locker.
Some weapons picked up during a mission are temporary and are only available for that mission.
