Fix a custom plate order that does not appear

Check that the web order uses the same Rockstar Games account, character and vehicle you are using in GTA Online. Look in Los Santos Customs’ Plates menu if Process Order is absent.

If it still does not appear, reconnect to GTA Online and try again. Rockstar also suggests cancelling the pending order and ordering again while actively playing that character.
