Start Vincent’s Dispatch Work
In Freemode, use an eligible owned Law Enforcement personal vehicle to request Dispatch Work from Vincent, or wait for his call. Applicable vehicles are sold through Warstock.
You cannot do Dispatch Work while part of an Organization or Motorcycle Club. Leave that group before trying.
