Order a custom license plate
Open Rockstar’s License Plate Creator at rockstargames.com/gta-online/license-plates while your intended character is in GTA Online. Sign in to the linked Rockstar Games account, choose New Order, enter the plate text and background, then select a recently driven eligible vehicle and place the order.
Wait for the in-game message in Freemode. Take that same vehicle to Los Santos Customs and select Process Order. After processing, the plate is available in the Plates menu for other eligible owned vehicles. Creating the web order is free.
