Best everyday assault rifle setup
Our everyday rifle pick is Special Carbine, or Special Carbine Mk II once you have a Weapon Workshop. For the Mk II, start with a grip, muzzle brake and regular extended magazine. These control attachments are direct purchases; they do not require Bunker research.
The later Special Carbine Mk II also sells its Heavy Barrel directly. Do not confuse it with the original Carbine Rifle Mk II, whose Heavy Barrel is a research unlock.
