How to unlock Explosive Rounds and Explosive Slugs
Complete the random Explosive Rounds Bunker research project. Then use a Weapon Workshop to buy the explosive-ammunition option for Heavy Sniper Mk II or Explosive Slugs for Pump Shotgun Mk II. You still need the appropriate Mk II weapon conversion.
The research unlock does not supply free ammunition or guarantee a one-shot player kill. Special ammo is limited and needs workshop refills; regular ammo remains useful for everyday fights.
